The scan and score
Automated scans test the public pages and views listed in each report. The score is an internal rule-weighted prioritization score. It does not represent a percentage of WCAG compliance, a legal opinion, a certification, or a guarantee against lawsuits. Some accessibility issues require manual testing.
Repair offers
Ninja Care is $97 per month for one business website, with initial repair work and ongoing scans and support while the subscription is active. Ninja Repair is a $970 one-time payment for website repairs, verification, reports and ongoing scan reviews and repair support for your business website. Ongoing care is included in both offers; there is no automatic monthly charge on the one-time offer. New websites, redesigns or larger projects are discussed separately.
Your website repairs
We review your website, findings, platform and access before confirming the work. Large sites, custom applications, documents, video content and third-party components may require separate work. We discuss additional charges before starting additional work. We do not promise that every issue can be changed through your website editor.
Your participation
You must be authorized to request changes to the website and share the access needed for those changes. Provide accurate business information, identify important journeys, and help with access approvals when needed. The team records repairs, repeats applicable scans and carries out human checks.
Payments and subscriptions
Checkout is handled by Whop when payment setup is complete. Review the checkout’s billing, cancellation and refund terms before paying. Monthly billing continues under the subscription terms until canceled. Questions about an order or website work should be raised with NinjaSite before work begins.
Completion
The final report documents the pages and states tested, repairs verified, recorded human checks and remaining limitations. A clean automated scan is one piece of the evidence. Changes to your site after the project may introduce new issues.
