Privacy and data use

Information used by the service
MyNinjaScan stores business website addresses, scan findings, business contact information, outreach records, purchase records and onboarding information needed to deliver website accessibility repair work.
Website scans and report links
Public pages are loaded through Browserless and checked with axe-core. Reports contain the tested addresses, rendered element evidence and automated findings. Anyone with a report’s unique link can view that report. Customer logins and private onboarding notes are not included in report pages.
Customer access details
Site editor credentials are encrypted before storage and are available only through protected team workflows. Access reveals are recorded. Credentials are excluded from the AI repair assistant’s context. Avoid putting passwords in general notes or chat messages.
Service providers
The service uses hosting and database infrastructure, Outscraper for business discovery and enrichment, Browserless for public website scans, OpenAI for repair guidance, and Whop for payments once connected. Repair guidance sends the selected finding, platform information, repair notes and chat conversation to OpenAI. Payment card information is handled by Whop.
Access and requests
Account access is authenticated. Customers can view their own onboarding and project progress; approved team members can manage customer work. Visit NinjaSite to request a correction or deletion of your customer information or stored access details.
